Treasure in Heaven

WHO CAN BE SAVED?

Mark 10:17—27

Focus:  Mark 10:26-27 And they were even more astonished and said to Him, "Then who can be saved?" 

     Looking upon them, Jesus said, "With men it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God."

  

When people are rich unto themselves and poor to God:

 

1.      People    depend        on     themselves               .

 

2.      People   refuse           to  humble themselves    .

 

3. People       chase        after  even more money . 

 

4.      People          feed       the                  the flesh     .

 

5.      People    serve           their      possession           .

 

 

People who are rich unto God and have treasure in heaven:

 

1.          Depend                           on          God                     .

 

2.       Humble  themselves before  God  and  the church .

 

3.          Chase                       after         holiness                   .

 

4.          Feed                    their         spirit                             .

 

5.      Serve    God          only     in first place and they are stewards of their possessions and not owned by them
