Focus: Matthew 6:19-21 "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.  For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

 

The people of Haiti are

·           Resourceful                    but there are few resources

·           Industrious                      but there is no industry

·           Hard working                 but there is little work

·           Entrepreneurial             but there is little profit

·           Generous                         but there is little to share

 

 

What can my Haitian brothers and sisters TEACH me?

 

·        They make Jesus’ words     real to me              .

 

 

·        They teach me to be                grateful              .

 

 

·        How to be    generous     with    myself             .

 

 

·        That the church at Marin is  praying   for  us .

 

 

 

Romans 8:31 “If God is for us who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?
